Drop-off & pick-up
£4
Terminal drop-off: From £4 for up to 10 minutes in Express Drop Off and Pick Up
As stated on the airport’s website, checked 3 October 2026. Charges can change — check before you travel.
Express Drop Off and Pick Up is less than three minutes from the terminal. A minimum charge of £4 applies for the first 10 minutes. It's ticketless: cameras read your number plate and you pay at the exit with a contactless card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
No-stopping zones are signposted around the airport, and stopping in them can lead to a parking charge.
Free alternative: take a ticket in the Long Stay Car Park (about five minutes from the terminal) and reinsert it at the exit within 10 minutes — no charge. Up to an hour costs £7.
Picking someone up
Use Express Drop Off and Pick Up (from £4), the Long Stay Car Park (10 minutes free, then £7 up to an hour) or the Short Stay Car Park (from £13 for up to an hour) if you want to meet people in arrivals.
Blue Badge parking & EV charging
Blue Badge & assistance
Blue Badge spaces with extra-wide bays are available in the Short Stay Car Park to drive-up and pre-booked customers — display your badge clearly.
Electric vehicle charging
Twelve EV charging bays in the Short Stay Car Park — six standard chargers and one rapid charger, operated by Weev. Short Stay tariffs apply and the bays can't be pre-booked.
