Drop-off & pick-up
£7
Terminal drop-off: £7 for up to 15 minutes in Express Drop Off
As stated on the airport’s website, checked 3 October 2026. Charges can change — check before you travel.
Express Drop Off is directly outside the main terminal on the upper forecourt: £7 for up to 15 minutes. The airport warns it can be very congested and is only for a quick unload. For longer, use the Short Stay car park. Frequent users can set up an account so payments are taken automatically on exit.
Free alternative: if you need more than 10 minutes, the Long Stay car park can be used free for 30 minutes.
Picking someone up
The Short Stay car park is a few minutes' walk from the terminal — park there to meet passengers. Long Stay is free for 30 minutes for pick-ups.
Getting there by public transport
- Stagecoach Jet 727 runs between the airport and Aberdeen city centre.
- Other regular buses serve the city centre and further afield — see the airport's buses and coaches page.
Blue Badge parking & EV charging
Blue Badge & assistance
Blue Badge holders get 30 minutes free in the Short Stay car park — take your ticket and badge to the customer service office in Short Stay before you leave. If you arrive by taxi, tell the car park team about your badge on entry or exit. Aberdeen recommends Short Stay for dropping off passengers who need extra help.

- Offshore Parking offers special day rates for people flying from the Aberdeen heliports.
