Independent off-airport car parks and meet-and-greet firms also serve many airports. We only list ones we have checked — read on- vs off-airport parking and how to check a car park is legitimate before booking one.
Drop-off & pick-up
£8
Terminal drop-off: £8 for up to 30 minutes in the Express Drop-off/Pick-up area
As stated on the airport’s website, checked 3 October 2026. Charges can change — check before you travel.
Enter via Car Park 1, directly opposite the terminal by the zebra crossing, take a ticket and use the Express Drop-off/Pick-up spaces on the left. Up to 30 minutes costs £8; the maximum stay is 4 hours, with drive-up rates beyond 30 minutes. Pay at the pay stations by the Express area (cash or card) — the exit barriers take card or phone payments only.
Picking someone up
Same as drop-off: the Express Drop-off/Pick-up area costs £8 for up to 30 minutes — enough time to meet passengers as they come out of arrivals.
Blue Badge parking & EV charging
Blue Badge & assistance
Blue Badge spaces are in the Express Drop-off/Pick-up area. Blue Badge holders can stay up to 4 hours but pay only the 30-minute rate — use the touch-screen intercom so staff can adjust the charge. If you take your badge abroad, a photocopy left in the car is accepted.

Tips for Bournemouth
- Car Park 1, Car Park 1 Premium and Car Park 3 are pre-book, pre-paid long-stay car parks only; Car Park 2 is also available for drive-up parking (pay on exit, stays over 4 hours).
- If you're booked into Car Park 2, don't park in the Premium Car Park 1 section — unauthorised vehicles are charged for an upgrade.
- Number-plate cameras open the barriers for bookings, so update your registration in 'Manage my Booking' if you change car.
All Bournemouth's car parks are self-park (keep your keys), Park Mark approved and patrolled by the security team.
